We have QC department in charge of QUALITY CONTROL,every shipment must pass our quality control standard.

2.Price Policy
All prices haven't inclusive of VAT at the current rates,our goods are both excellent in quality and reasonable in price,all of the goods price are negotiable under mass quantity.We sell our products and export to worldwide.

3.Lead-time
In this fast-moving consumer industry,timing could be even more important.Normally,we offer a 7-10 days leadtime policy after deposit for most of our products.For those OEM customized products naturally coming with a longer lead time for mold and bulk production 20-30 days,we make sure our clients fully understand.

4.Shipping and handling
Our shipping and handling charge is always Lowest.For small quantity,deliver by DHL/FEDEX/UPS/TNT shipment. For large quantity,deliver by sea or by air, FOB Shenzhen port of China.

5.Payment Term
T/T in advance,you can pay By T/T (Telegraphic Transfer),By Western Union in USD, or HKD & RMB Transfer.

8. Refund clause
If unsatisfied with any product from HUATAITONG,please return it within 7 days by postmark of purchase and packaged well to prevent damage.Once product is received and evaluated for clean preservation without marks or damage and in the original package, a full refund can be processed. Shipment cost of any returns is the purchaser's responsibility.You should also let us know in advance by tel and e-mail, if you wish a refund.
